Why is it that most ppl that are optimistic are healthier, I would like to know the science behind?
that for instance, I notice alot of ppl that complain whether it's about their health or just complain to much period they always in some type of sickness. Why?
The ppl that look at life in a sunny dispostion seem to be alot happier and health wise dont complain often about certain situations. Why?
