How heavy should the resistance bands be for p90x?
I am about to start P90x and instead of dumbbells I am going to use resistance bands but I'm not sure what size I should get. I don't wont to get bulky just loose inches and tone up. I will also be using the band instead of the pull up bar for now because I know I will not beable to do that yet. Thanks for the help
I've been doing P90x off and on for the past couple of months. It's great that you have decided to start. Stick with it!
I would get a light and medium bands to start. Some exercises you will want the light and others you will want the medium. Especially after the first month. You will probably use the medium band more than the light. When doing the pull ups make sure you have something sturdy to hold the band up. Some bands come with an attachment that goes in between a door and the door frame.
And remember "just keep pressing play".
