Best Ab Rocket Reviews
After seeing many advertisements and reading the Ab Rocket reviews on the Internet, I knew I had to try out the Ab Rocket myself. I'd been looking for an easy to use device that would tighten and tone my abdominal muscles and it seemed as if the Ab Rocket would do just that, plus more, in only 5 minutes a day. With head and back supports and a rolling cushion to massage my back as I rocked, it seemed as if the Ab Rocket would be a work out, with a trip to the spa added in as an extra benefit.
After Receiving the Ab Rocker
One of the simple things I liked is that it was quite simple to put together. If you are not very handy then it may take about 10-20 minutes. It is quite simple to use and gives a good ab workout. I can imagine using this while I watch TV or listen to music to pass the time. It claims that you only need to spend 5 minutes per day which is quite a big claim.
Pros and Cons
I let my husband try my Ab Rocket and since he's taller than me, it didn't work as well for him. He had some problems in the neck area which was causing him pain. I think it was because the machine didn't quite fit him properly. He's about 6' tall and I guess the Ab machine isn't made for someone of that height to use as comfortably as a shorter person can use it. Be sure to check before you buy it. I was quite surprised that it did not cater for a taller person.

Is It Worth Trying?
Since I've used my own Ab machine now, I consider the Ab Rocket reviews I read earlier. Most of them were pleased with the device and the results they achieved with it and I am too. The good part is that it is quite easy to use and doesn't take long. I can understand the complaints about the neck and back strain though IF you are taller than the average person. I personally like it and would recommend it. I have found more effective Ab workout methods though. SEE BELOW NOW.
