Is it safe to push down on my breasts for a long period of time?
I have an act I need to do for a movie where I have to play a male and my cup size is around 36C, and I have to wear this strap thing that pretty much wraps around them and pushes them down to hide them and I have to wear it for at least an hour every other day when we do filming.
Is this safe at all?
Yes, that is perfectly safe.
It's called 'breast binding' a lot of girls do it and will do it all day every day, and some nursing mothers will bind too - actually doctors and nurses recommend binding to women who are nursing. It's just flattening your breast tissue, some bra's sort of do that anyway, so as long as it's not uncomfortable there's no problem, and just binding flat won't effect circulation.
